We know that December means lots of holiday projects, gifts, and a flurry of activity. We also know that your machine is most prone to being stubborn right in the middle of a project!
While you commit to finishing your gifts and projects, we are committed to getting you going again, and keeping you going! We have cleared space on our calendar to offer you our fastest turnaround times on machine service and minor repairs from now until Christmas. And there's NO EXTRA CHARGE for expedited service!
Call us with your emergency, and we'll fit you in ASAP! We can offer 1-3 appointments at no extra charge (first come, first served).
Driving a longer distance? If you're coming 15-20 miles or more (in each direction), let us know and we can arrange SAME DAY service while you wait!

How it Works
If you're experiencing issues with your machine, in most cases it needs general service to correct timing and alignment issues. The quickest way to set up an appointment is to email us or use the form below (especially if you're sewing at midnight!) Let us know what's going on with your machine, and let us know you need service ASAP. You can also call us at 470-297-5104 during shop hours, and select option 2 on the menu. Let us know if you live more than 15-20 miles from our shop and would like to schedule same day service while you wait.
We'll let you know what options we have available to put you in a FAST appointment (it is first come, first served). During this time, we are NOT charging extra fees for a fast appointment!
You'll bring your machine at your designated appointment time - and in some cases we even recommend you bringing it ASAP because we might be able to squeeze you in sooner. We'll need your machine, power cord, foot pedal, and zig zag foot (if applicable). For embroidery machines, we'll need hoops as well. If there are issues beyond routine service, we'll let you know ASAP and we do not proceed without your okay.
We'll get you going again! And all our service comes with a 6-month labor warranty so if you have any issues during that time, it's free to bring it back in for service!
A few disclaimers: This ONLY applies to service and minor repairs, we can not include full restorations of antique/vintage machines in our fast appointments. Please also note that if your machine requires extensive repairs or we need to order parts, this will affect our turnaround time. We will do everything we can to have your machine back to you ASAP. Offering fast appointments for free is a courtesy, and we have the right to refuse appointments based on availability and extent of the service.
