All machine service and repairs are made at our main location in Cumming, but we offer another convenient location to save you the drive!  Machines are picked up each week at The Cotton Farm in Roswell.  You'll be asked to complete a form and will be given a receipt with our contact info.  Machines are returned each week to the locations and you'll receive email and/or text notification before, during, and after your service.

I'm a quilter, I know what it's like to be without my machine - I don't like it!  We created this system for routine service and minor repairs to get you sewing again!

APPOINTMENTS ARE

NOT REQUIRED

However, we recommend scheduling an appointment for routine service and minor repair issues.  This way you can keep using your machine and we'll only have it for 7 days or less for service!

PLEASE DO NOT schedule an appointment for machines that need restoration, or are inoperable (computer issues, etc.)

We do NOT service Industrial machines.

We Fix What Others won't.

We service all domestic machines, old and new! We also handle machine restorations.  We are unable to service industrial, longarms, or upright embroidery machines.

Workshops

We are expanding our Learning Academy and offering new workshops in 2021.  Our workshops appeal to both hobbyists and those looking to service professionally.
